Organizational Behaviour

Organizational Behaviour (OB) is the study and application of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in organizations.   Its purpose is to build better relationships by achieving human objectives, organizational objectives, and social objectives.

Organizational Behaviour encompasses a wide range of topics, such as human behaviour, change, leadership, teams, etc.

In our Employer of Choice Model we determined that human behaviour translates business strategy into desired end results. We identified a combination of external and internal human dynamics. Each dynamic is identified in this section in terms of definition and topical resource links.
