We defined an Employer of Choice as any system/company that because of its reputation is able to attract, retain and optimize a capable and committed diverse workforce that performs with operational excellence, safety and high customer satisfaction. We discussed that EOC principles focus on achieving business results by developing and positioning strategies and programs through effective human capital practices. Becoming an EOC requires aligning HR programs with business strategy for achieving desired results.
It then follows that an EOC requires proficient HR knowledge and credibility to build organizational capability.
